One Pay Taxi provides online taxi booking services for one-way trips, round trips, and outstation journeys across Tamil Nadu.
Our platform connects passengers with drivers for safe and reliable travel.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to book rides or register as a driver.
By using our service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our terms.
Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or customer support.
Once a booking is confirmed, fare details and driver information will be shared with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop details.
All fares are calculated based on distance, route, and current pricing.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or trusted online payment gateways.
Taxes, tolls, and parking charges (if applicable) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for payment gateway delays or transaction failures.
Customers may cancel bookings before driver confirmation without charge.
Once a driver has accepted the trip, cancellation charges will apply.
As stated in our No Refund Policy, no refunds will be provided after booking confirmation, regardless of circumstances.
Drivers who cancel accepted trips may face penalties or account suspension.
Drivers must register using accurate personal and vehicle details.
By clicking “Go-Online” in the One Pay Taxi app, drivers consent to location tracking for trip allocation and monitoring.
Drivers must maintain good conduct, follow traffic rules, and ensure the vehicle’s safety and cleanliness.
Any misconduct or policy violation may result in permanent account termination.
Passengers must ensure correct pickup information and be present at the location at the scheduled time.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will result in a charge to cover repair costs.
One Pay Taxi acts as an intermediary between drivers and passengers.
We are not liable for:
Any loss, delay, or damage arising from vehicle breakdowns, traffic, or weather conditions.
Misconduct, negligence, or accidents involving the driver or passenger.
Any indirect or consequential damages.
Users agree that they use our platform and services at their own risk.

Welcome to OnePay Taxi. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation as a Driver on the OnePay Taxi platform. By registering, accessing, or continuing to operate as a Driver, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Company / We / Us / Our refers to OnePay Taxi.
Driver / You refers to any individual who registers and provides transportation services through the OnePay Taxi platform.
Customer refers to any individual or entity booking transportation services through the platform.
Wallet refers to the digital balance maintained by the Driver on the OnePay Taxi platform for settlements, penalties, and other transactions.
Drivers must be at least 18 years of age.
Drivers must hold a valid driving license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance, and all permits required under applicable law.
All documents submitted must be genuine, accurate, and valid at all times.
The Company reserves the right to verify documents periodically.
A First Attachment Fee of INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) is payable at the time of joining or attaching a vehicle to the OnePay Taxi platform.
This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Every Driver must maintain a minimum wallet balance of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) at all times.
If the wallet balance falls below the required minimum, the Company may restrict bookings or suspend access to the platform until the balance is restored.
Vehicles must be clean, hygienic, and in good working condition before reporting for any customer pickup.
The Company may conduct random checks, inspections, or request photo verification to ensure compliance.
Failure to maintain vehicle standards may result in penalties or suspension.
Customer complaints related to driver behavior, safety, punctuality, service quality, or vehicle condition will be taken seriously.
The Company reserves the right to deduct penalties directly from the Driver’s wallet based on the nature and severity of the complaint.
Repeated or serious complaints may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation from the platform.
Drivers wishing to leave the platform must submit a written explanation stating the reason for resignation.
The Company will review the explanation provided.
If the reason is found acceptable, the remaining wallet balance will be refunded.
If no explanation is submitted, or if the reason is not accepted, the Company reserves the right to withhold the wallet balance.
Drivers must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including traffic and safety regulations.
Drivers must strictly follow Company policies, guidelines, and operational instructions issued from time to time.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Driver’s access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Safety violations
Repeated customer complaints
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePay Taxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Driver’s use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
