Once a driver has accepted the trip, cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and operational status of the trip.
After booking confirmation and driver assignment, advance payments may become non-refundable in certain circumstances, including late cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Drivers who cancel accepted trips without valid operational reasons may face penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent account deactivation, depending on the severity and frequency of cancellations.
